Obviously, the fly wasn't on the list of White House guests.  How many of them do you see the President personally raising his hand to or "taking out?"  It was obviously a Republican "bug."  
I actually liked his comment to the end...Mr. Miachi (should be Miagi) did it with chopsticks?  And if he gets his way, this is exactly what any of his competitors will have coming to them.

Don't know the answer to that, the guest lists are now confidential and not viewable by the public.  Thank God for transparency, eh?
