Emergency crews are still at the scene of a small plane crash in Scotia.

Investigators say the plane, with at least 5 people on board crashed into the Mohawk River at around 2:30 PM Sunday just after taking off from the Mohawk Valley Airport.

Divers pulled two people out of the water late Sunday afternoon.  Both were taken by helicopter to an area hospital.

Diver teams are still searching for the missing passengers.

We'll have updates on this developing story as soon as they become available.

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
