I can't believe that  President Obama told an audience in Strasbourg that the US and Europe had allowed the alliance to drift in recent years. He said the US had been “arrogant” and “dismissive” towards its allies, while there was “insidious” anti-Americanism in Europe. He said these attitudes had to change.

So is this his 'apology tour'? Did he forget to mention that it was America that spilt it's blood fighting for all of these countries that enjoy the freedoms that 'we' faught for? Did the other countries forget that it is 'we' that drink their German beer, drink foreign liquors and wear European fashions?

Sorry folks, but I think he is using the wrong tactics here.

I don't think he should. America has saved Europe 3 times in 100 years with blood and treasure.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

He is apologizing on behalf of the democrat party higher-ups who think that the reasons for the problems in the world is the USA.

In the meantime Obama did a great job with N Korea! He warned them if they launched a missile he would go to the United Nothing. They launched it anyway. They may receive a sternly worded resolution!

We have a local School Bored that looks the other way-now we have a President that does the same thing ignoring both Iran and N Korea. Maybe they will go away? Any real leader would have targeted both the missile and Iran's nuclear facilities.

Bush demonized any country that was against his policies - that is bully the world. He succeeded in having the Americans (mostly because they are ignorant) hate countries that did not tell him: "yes sir, I'll do whatever you want".

Well then tell us what Obama got from all the countries that he bowed to, kissed their butts, and promised them money, nothing that's what. He did however convince any person or country that intends to harm us that for the next 4 years the USA is going to be vulnerable to attack.

I lived through 4 years of Jimmy Carter and IMHO Obama is even worse than he was. Remember it was Carter who started making money available for the poor neighborhoods and over the years it turned into the housing crisis that we have today.

I don't dislike Obama but I hate his policies as I feel that  this country will suffer hard times in the future that our children and grand-children will be paying for decades to correct.

If you want a large dose of reality, pick up a copy of the current best seller, "Liberty and Tyranny".

Then after 9/11 Bush made the decision to take preemptive action and take the fight to the enemy unilaterally,(which was suported by those on both sides of the aisle), and the libs at home complained because we didn't have a "coalition".  So the only acceptable action you and the rest of the libs would have agreed with, is if America followed the lead of the Euro trash and bent over and grabbed our ankles for the Muslim practitioner of peace.

You must believe, much like the Euro trash, that America is the scurge of the earth.

well I can tell you that a lot of peoiple over there on the other side are pretty disguested at the american arrogance and the way that they do things over there with troops and warring and that instead of trying to work out the differences with the different people in the world. Even during the war the people in Italy were opposed to what the Americans did using the tanks and cannons and that when they could have invaded the villages but instread they dropped the bombs and that on innocent Italian people some of who were the relatives of the men working the cannons and driving the tanks. NOW we had that rotten bush with his war machine ready to strike at the heart of all of those terrifyed poor people over in the middle - east who never did the bombing but had to pay the price. It is no wonder they say "American go home" over there ARROGANT PEOPLE ARROGANT, SOME ONE you are right and I tell you that the right wing hate of these people will scare the people away and eventually they will be an outlaw group since we have out- grown the old ways that America is pushing its hate with the constitution and all that crap and trying to go it alone and without the people of the world giving the ok. that ended last november and people are finally seeing that the conservs like Obama will be better then the radicals likde bush and chaney. NOW we have our own problems now with militias and tea partys and reasons to hold riots which in my view needs to be ended by forces or the militrary if we have to so that we can keep the order and safety.
