Just tell the kids where the style (of having the waist of the pants so low) came from.  It started in a men's prison.   Wearing pants that low is a sign by the guy to other (male) prisoners that one is available for a date......if you know what I mean.

Our daughter was riding a bus one day and of course there are passengers standing.  There was a guy whose pants were that low.  When he had to step back a few feet to make more room for more passenters, he then needed to hold on to the rail up high.  She said when he reached up to hold on to the railing, thus raising his arm(s) up, there was his crack, staring her in the face, she said almost to where it curves under.  

Some styles should be legislated as not allowed

there should be a 'tea party' of sorts against baggy pants.......pick a date....the date the rest of us finished pulling down your pants for you......
it would be fun......we could name ourselves "the pants removers"......like the Jets and the Sharks......
