Hey, cigarettes went up $1.00. And why? According to obama, it will go to pay for medical insurance for those who can not afford to. And the wages for those who will qualify?...anyone who makes no more than $80,000/year. Sweet, huh?

This is REALLY getting out of hand - $7.15 at Stewart's today
I was at Hannaford this weekend, someone paid $8.30 a pack. And the cashier told the shopper that this is the cigarette companies increasing the cost of a pack. The tax doesn't start til next month.
As long as there are people willing to pay because they want to smoke, fine. I probably pay less taxes because of their willingness
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
