most of the VA clinics are managed 'privately'.......as for the hospitals I dont know who their managers are......SHOW ME THE $$ TRAIL...that's all it
ends up being......I do think that the 'care' part of the VA from the top is an example of how the government cannot do that(or any administration,
private or otherwise)......caring is face to face and person to person.......so smoke from the political podiums about caring for the VA, kids, seniors etc
is just that smoke......from a grassroots level I'd say a whole generation is leaving or is in the process of leaving those 'institutions' that teach
caring, selflessness, love, respect etc etc.........JMHO
