Capital Printing files bankruptcy papers in court
SCHENECTADY — Capital Printing filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy Saturday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Albany County.
The commercial printer listed $250,000 in assets and $1.3 million in secured and unsecured debt. The company’s principal creditor is 1st Niagara Bank in Buffalo, for a $423,000 loan.
James and Jacquelyn Russ of 13 Nadeau Road, Clifton Park, are listed as the owners of the business at 31 Lafayette St. James Russ, a vice president at KeyBank N.A., purchased the company in 2005.
