THE ACCIDENTAL PRESIDENT
IT’S CLEAR FROM THE PAST FEW WEEKS THAT BARACK OBAMA IS COMPLETELY OUT OF PLACE. IF YOU LOOK AT WHAT HE’S BEEN TRYING TO DO TO THE COUNTRY, IF YOU LOOK AT HOW HE HANDLES HIMSELF, IF YOU LOOK AT THE WAY HE DEALS WITH THE MEDIA, IT’S PLAIN TO SEE THAT HIS ELECTION WAS DUE NOT TO HIS OWN ABILITY, BUT TO A PERFECT STORM OF EVENTS.
FIRST, GEORGE W. BUSH DESTROYED THE ECONOMY. HE DRAINED THE TREASURY WITH AN ENDLESS WAR. HE SOLD OUR MANUFACTURING BASE OUT TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. HE GAVE BILLIONS IN AIDS MONEY TO AFRICA TO BURNISH HIS IMAGE WITH LIBERAL JOURNALISTS AND HISTORIANS. SO AMERICA BECAME SICK OF GEORGE W. BUSH.
SECOND, JOHN MCCAIN RAN THE WORST PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN IN LIVING MEMORY. HE PRAISED OBAMA CONSTANTLY. HE REFUSED TO LET HIS SUBORDINATES ATTACK OBAMA. HE NOMINATED AN UNQUALIFIED ALASKAN HILLBILLY AS HIS VICE PRESIDENT. SO AMERICA BECAME SICK OF JOHN MCCAIN AS WELL.
THIRD, WALL STREET COLLAPSED AT THE HEIGHT OF THE ELECTION SEASON. THE COUNTRY SAW ITS NET WORTH PLUMMET. THE COUNTRY SAW MILLIONS OF JOBS LOST. THE COUNTRY SAW THE COUNTRY SAW BILLIONS GO TO BANKERS WHO HAD CONNECTIONS TO THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION. AND SO AMERICA BECAME SICK OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. AND IN SENSELESS DESPERATION, AMERICA ELECTED AN UNKNOWN COLLEGE PROFESSOR AS ITS PRESIDENT.
SO WHEN YOU SEE OBAMA GIVING HIS NEXT SPEECH, AND YOU NOTICE HOW OUT OF PLACE HE LOOKS AT THE PODIUM, IT’S NOT BECAUSE YOU’RE IGNORANT OR EVIL OR RACIST. IT’S BECAUSE THIS MAN IS COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS DEPTH. HE SNAPS AT THE MEDIA WHEN THEY ASK HIM SERIOUS QUESTIONS. HE LOOKS BAFFLED WHEN HE GETS ON BOARD AIR FORCE ONE. AND THE ONLY ECONOMIC SOLUTION HE SEEMS TO KNOW IS TO GIVE AWAY MONEY TO HIS FRIENDS. BARACK OBAMA IS THE ACCIDENTAL PRESIDENT. BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST

What this administration has done so far has changed our country in a way we all hoped would never happen. Now that the White House has control of the census they can control the number of votes alloted to Democratic districts too. |

You are so correct. Just get ready for more government programs and union expansions to emerge. In other words.....'hang on to your wallet'! |

I watched the Presidential address on TV last night. I was concerned by the lack of details and knowledge offered in Obama's statements. It appeared that he had several prepared sound bytes that he recited, but seemed to have difficulty providing coherent responses to ad hoc questions from the media. There were as many "uhs" inserted in his answers as there were "you knows" in responses from Carolyn Kennedy to questions asked of her. He seemed uncomfortable and unprepared. Obama did not present himself as the great orator that many claim him to be.
It has become clear to me that Obama was managed and tightly controlled by his handlers during his campaign. He was provided scripted lines and catchy slogans that he recited to Americans who had grown weary of the former administration.
I am concerned that the President is not his own man. He appears to be a front man for Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Kennedy, Durbin, et. al. on the far left of his party.
At a time when Americans need reassurance about the economy and the military actions in the Middle East, Obama failed to deliver and did not convince me that the "stimulus" package will be effective. |

In other words Brad you feel as I do that Obama is nothing more than a puppet for the Democratic left. What truly scares me is what this administration is doing with the terrorists and the way it will handle them in the future. I don't ever want to see another 9/11 on our soil ever again. |

Yes, Shadow, I do feel that Obama is being used as a front man for those who are behind the scenes and calling the shots. The President comes across as a nice enough guy. I simply don't feel that he is the one making the decisions. We will know if and when he first crosses Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, et. al.
During troubled times, we need a President who can comfort the nerves, instill the confidence, and lead our nation and its people to better times. Ronald Reagan inspired Americans even many of those who opposed some of his policies. I did not sense that feeling last night when listening to the current President who ran on "Hope" but now disparages our economy at each opportunity. |

The record number of executive orders are horrible. But here's something worse. Obama has moved control of the 2010 Census from the Commerce Dept to the White House. Can you image if Karl Rove tried that? Total control of the census figures and political landscape for decades. It's a national disgrace. |

Mr. obama is not very good without his speech writers and a teleprompter. I thought his speech was not so good last night. And I do agree that he doesn't really have 'leadership' skills and is a puppet for his party. And a good sell for the media outlets. It would not suprise me to see this nation change back to reps after the next 4 years. Not that they are any better these days! |
