Frank J. Litz, 82, of Rotterdam, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, with his loving family at his side.

Frank began practicing law in 1952 with his uncle, John Angerosa, and in 1954, with his twin brother, Leonard, he established the firm of Litz and Litz Esquire, where he practiced until the time of his death. Frank was a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, The American Bar Association, and the New York State and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. Frank was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of NY and the United States Supreme Court. Frank also served as Assistant District Attorney and 1st Assistant District Attorney for the County of Schenectady and as an attorney for the Town of Rotterdam.
