State wins round
in online tax battle

ALBANY — New York state won a round in court against Amazon.com  over a new law requiring out-of-state online companies to collect sales tax from shoppers in New York.

A state Supreme Court justice in Manhattan ruled the suit should be dismissed, saying Amazon had no basis for legal action.
“We felt all along that the legislation was built on a solid foundation. Apparently the judge felt the same way,” said Tom Bergin, a spokesman for the state Department of Taxation and Finance.

you greedy republicans, I can't imagine you don't want to pony up more! I say give them all of what we make and then they can provide everything for us- food, shelter, car, gas, clothes. We can be like the dismal grey communists that the liberals think we should be. Maybe we can all wear matching Mao outfits and become robot slaves like the once great Chinese people were rendered to. One billion boppsy twins with hate for America in their dog eating hearts.

This is where we are headed with Democrat party collectivism and hate for America. Too bad the scared middle class is buying in, now we will all be sunk.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

The economic issue and immigration issue will be used to allow for 'trackable' purchases, services, healthcare, school etc.........

remember folks like Mr.Madoff and 'illegal aliens' cannot be checked unless there is something to check them against.......

pay attention all you texters.....very easy to slip it by that generation.......that faster things seem to go the less folks pay attention.......

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
