Joe Suhrada has been the most reliable defender of both small businesses and the taxpayer in this County. We need 8 Suhrada's on this terrible County Legislature. The only problem is that he lives in Rotterdam and can't run for Mayor of Schenectady. What the City needs is a Conservative business person to fire lobs. slash fees and taxes-then you will see a real "renaissance". Not a phony one off the backs of oppressed taxpayers.

It speaks volumes that the profits made from Villa Italia were shipped to Albany County for the new Brown Derby. With all the "renaissance" BS the Krats throw around, why didn't the Brown Derby open in Downtown Schenectady? Because it's all BS! There is a perfect spot available where the "Big Hose" isn't opening. County sheeple already dumped $3 million into that toilet. No explanations-no accountability-no problem.

Ya know, I was just thinking..(oh no! ).......but the dems/libs are doing what they have always accused the reps of doing. And that is catering to and lining the pockets of the rich!

What our local government needs is a good economist. And I'm dead serous! Not a 'developmental planner'...an ECONOMIST! I'm sure they could find one at Union College, wouldn't ya say?

If anyone is interested in reading the judge's final decision, Pat has postend it in it's entirety. It was proven that what Mr. Surhada implicated, was based on FACT. Congratulations Joe, and thanks for being the voice of and for the taxpayers.

Be careful what you wish for BT. There is a good economist from Union College who sits on the horrible Metrograft authority. He can't fix it by himself.

What we need in government are more successful small business people like Joe Suhrada, Ang, and Michael Petta. Not retired public employees, not double dipping State workers, not failed State planners, not environmental wacko fraus.

OOPS! I didn't know that! Scratch that idea!

So now regarding the Rotterdam mulch deal.....can't the AG get involved in this one? Didn't the AG get involved in a similar incident in Colonie? If I recall, a few lost their jobs.

And what about this illegal sewer hookup for the M's Restaurant that we have been heaing in the wind? Is this true or not and could this info be FOILED? IMHO

I wonder why the mulch deal was not made into a bigger thing. The malloSSis got off light. The reason: the republicans are generally pussi_s that don't want to rock the boat too much. Suhrahrah is the only guy who will go on a limb to bring things out and that pisses off a lot of powerful and rich people like the MalloSSis and Galesi company. Leave it to the democrats to insist that the AG investigate the spoils that were delivered to the Colonie Rod and Gun Club and to go full bore to make hay. The Goppers here don't want to make too many waves or they figure the Democrats will REALLY come after them and awaken the sleeping tiger that is the Sue Savage Gang! Plus, look what happened when Suhrahrah (i like that name for him!) pointed out some of the pies they had their fingers into!!!! Tommasone doens't need to have a swarm of smelly democrat lawyers all over him or worse. "Gentlemen" of honor from the city might arrive in black Cadillacs...Probably the reason the sewer thing is not being let out into the open.

From my sources, the malloSSis hooked up years ago on Curry road without the proper legal work (Eeet costa de moneyyyy!)  being done, and there is a line that feeds the sewers that MalloSSis sewage goes into that is shared with some other user. That new apartment complex is somehow being screwed up by that too-I am not sure this is the full story but things weren't done properly and you have to remember that the Constantino administration was pretty cozy with the MalloSSIs back in its heyday. I recall seeing former town lawyer under Constantino, and current deputy COUNTY ATTORNEY Donald DeAngelus campaigning for Ms. MalloSSi when she ran. Another guy with questionable political experience, former town attorney and republican chairman Thomas Delorenzo out on the stump with signs for Ms MalloSSi and Ms. Daggy on all his properties!!! So one hand washes the other, even if they are black with dirty political dealings. I wonder what they have on each other? It was as if the entire Schenectady bar association wanted Suhrada out. That is good enough for me!!! I'll take him!

Oh, and in my profession we refer to things like leftover gravel from a job, or gravel mixed with dirt, or "mulch" or "yardwaste" or what have you, as spoils. Spoils are not worth as much as say crusher run or high grade top soil, or cedar bark mulch or something, but the COST OF CARRYING AND TIPPING is what is big money, and apparently Mallozzi had enough clout to go to the town and have Supervisor Paulino pass a special LAW FOR THEM to have 100,000 yards (HOLY CRAP!!!!) of material delivered WITH TOWN TRUCKS AND EMPLOYEES TO THEIR COMPOUND!!!!!!!!

GET OUT! Can you imagine what the response if Jane or Jon Smith called town hall and asked for ONE TRUCKLOAD to be delivered FOR FREE!!!!!!! HAAAAAAAAAA- YAHHHHHH RIGHT!

So this is why the wanted Suhrada finished off and run out of town! I hope Suhrahrah doesn't end up with concrete boots on in the Mohawk next to lock 9. It would no doubt be ruled a suicide in this town! Especially if the town republicans had it investigated since they wouldn't want to "rock the boat!!!!"

I hope Sherman/Suhrada got the expenses into the court within the 30 days and they get a check very soon!

I filed a FOIL request in Rotterdam quite a while ago ... was told by Ms. Esposito that the information wasn't available at the time concerning the sewer hookup.  I wonder if it is now.

Each spring, I receive or pick up a small flyer (booklet) from Schenectady County from which I can purchase seedlings, grass seed, and gardening supplies.  Among the products offered are individual bags of compost and mulch.  I believe that the compost and mulch is "produced" at the County Compost facility in Glenville.  Is this the same product that some on this forum are alleging was given (in much larger quantity) and delivered to connected individuals?  If so, why am I being charged when others reportedly are not?

Only Suhrada asked the question. Look what happened to him. Of course the town claimed it saved money to give it to them. Maybe it would have if they sent dozens of private dump trucks to pick it up and bring it to them, but noooooo. They actually got John Paolino to PASS A SPECIAL LAW TO GIVE IT TO THEM. Where is the Attorney general and the FBI on THIS????? Well don't worry, Christine MalloSSI was on the Paul Tonko payroll, so we all know that when you work for a (now) congressman, it is easy to get things, and easy to not get wet in a rainstorm that soaks everyone else. When you donate thousands of dollars to state democrats including Elliot SH_TZER then you get these things as a "prominent and important member of the community." they must of figured they could get some judge to agree with them, and send Suhrah-rah to the poor house! *^##@& them, the rich snobs. Next thing you know they will have Madoff over for dinner. What the rich and powerful try to pull is amazing. They think they can do what ever they want! WHERE ARE THE ELECTED OFFICIALS DEMANDING THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????

WHAT ABOUT THIS SEWER????????????????????

And if I recall, it is Amedore who is building White Birch Crt and selling the condos in back of the restaurant. Where are the complaints from any of them?
