Shirt message gets a warm reception By MARV CERMAK
First published in print: Tuesday, November 25, 2008 A few weeks ago here there was mention of posters with the message, "You can go to hell — I'm going to Schenectady" being sold at Proctors' gift shops. Some college students asked why the shops didn't stock T-shirts bearing the slogan. Manager Bob Warlock took the hint, purchasing 144 colorful long and short sleeve shirts. A dozen were sold before the new inventory was totally displayed.
"Because of downtown improvements Schenectady is being equated with going to heaven," is Warlock's explanation of the slogan. Myself, I'm at a loss to decipher the message.......................... http://timesunion.com/AspStori.....;newsdate=11/25/2008

That's actually very very funny.....has anyone ever received a call from telemarketers.....they cant pronounce Schenectady.....I think we should send a few gross to India to the 'phone people' at GEcard services, Visa card services etc.............even Time Warner phone helpers.......
Pronounce this with our American money....... |
| ...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS

Gee, I thought 'hell' and 'schenectady' were one in the same. |

Know I'm going to heaven cause I've done my time in Schenectady. Funniest/saddest is the poor manager. Yeah, that's what it means-NOT. |
