Disturbing signs at NYSUT headquarters

I would like to know why only Obama/Biden signs are placed all over the NYSUT [New York State United Teachers] headquarters? What happened to divergent thinking, hearing all sides, allowing for free-flowing thought and debate? There are many Republican teachers who pay dues just as the Democratic teachers do. What gives? I have asked before and it bears asking again — why is there no American flag in the front of this building?
