This is one of those emails I received with no proof of truth. So I'm just sending it along:

Looks like an Urban Legend

Tom Leykis- a controversal radio DJ in Los Angeles has a show called “Flash Friday” entails women who are enlisted to flash their breasts at cars during rush hour traffic when men flash their head lights-

Really- I do have proof-

We need a concealed weapon for the headlight flasher attacks.....does that mean breasts are concealed weapons,,,,hhhhmmm,,,maybe Mr.Heffner would know......if p then q......
