Trees have been seen at curbside already.

People have taken down their Christmas decorations.

We had the prettiest snow

I have Time Warner's ch 1 playing in the room year, they have Christmas music.

And today, flipping channels, that radio station with the word magic in it was still playing Christmas songs.

Christmas still has almost a week to go.  Little Christmas isn't until next Sunday people.  Can we stop ending all things Christmas when there is still a week yet.

Our tree still is fresh, smells so good, the candles are all lit tonight too, so nice.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

When my kids were still at home, I put my 7 1/2'  tree and all Christmas decorations up and started playing Christmas music by Thanksgiving and kept them up until after New Years.

Now my kids are married with kids of their own and I now put my little 5' tree and "some" Christmas decorations up by Thanksgiving. On Christmas Eve, we have our entire family over for our Christmas celebration and play Christmas music. On Christmas day the kids go to their in-laws and by 7pm Christmas night, the decorations are taken down and put away for another year.

I also love the magical, peaceful experience of Christmas. It really is my most favorite time of the year. But things change. Our kids grow up and we get older. The focus for all of us has changed. I now see my kids doing what I use to.
