ALBANY COUNTY — A man died this morning after jumping off an interstate bridge ramp, police said.
The victim of the apparent suicide jumped from the I-787 ramp onto I-90 east in Albany, police said. Traffic remains tied up at the busy area of the two highways.
Albany Police spokesman James Miller said the incident happened shortly before 10 a.m.; the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
City police were assisting the State Police who are investigating the incident.
