No one in particular. You must be too young to remember Freddie Freihofer. But for those of us who do remember, there may be family, friends or even ourselves in this picture. Scarey thought!

I'm not in that photo.  I'm embarrassed to say, however, that I am old enough to have a few of these pictures in which my older brother, my younger sister and I are pictured.  Where does the time go?

I still have my "squiggle". My squiggle looked like a number 8 and he made a fox out of it! And I know that I am not in this picture. When I went the pictures were in black and white.
Talk about old, huh?

I think that many of us have been on the Freddie Freihofer Show and came home with a picture of us with our birthday cake, I guess anyone who was on the show qualifies to be an antique.

Thanks Shadow for publicly acknowledging that fact.

My sister has all her pictures.  I came along later and I dont' remember if I was at the tale end of the show or too young altogether.  When did the show stop?  I remember hearing it had something to do with prohibiting TV shows promoting products.

But where does the time go?  We have just become parents of a teenager   My mother-in-law gave us a casette tape on the birth of our daughter, taped from two records.  She told us to promise to play the tape every year on our daughter's birthday and until our daughter grew up, married, and had a child of her own at which time we were to give her the tape (we've already found the two and downloaded to CD to give her format).  It was two songs on it.  If you can find the songs to download or on e-bay, or anywhere (I doubt they are in print anymore), listen to them.  Listen to the words.  My wife is sentimental so of course she would get teary eyed.  Us guys are supposed to be strong, we aren't going to cry over a tender hearted movie, etc.  But I listen two the two songs and admit to getting teary eyed.  One song most of you are familiar with, "Sunrise, Sunset" from Fiddler On the Roof, I think.  The other song is entitled Turn Around, I don't know who sang it, and I like it a bit more than the former.

speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

There was a song Turn Around originally sung by the Kingston Trio and also re re-recorded by Harry Belafonte if that's the right version.

When I turned six years old, both my older brother and I were on the show in February because that's when our birthdays were. I wish I had the photo. The year I turned six was 1963. If you put a month/year of this photo I'm sure someone could identify someone there. No, I'm not.

Thanks though, its a great photo. We used to do fun things for the kids.

Is there supposed to be a picture on here?   I was on Freddie Freihofer with my brother.   The date that's on the back of the group picture is September 24, 1962.    I'll scan in the picture sometime.    Maybe you're in it!
