True, but if someone starts running on what they've done in the community, then it would be nice to know if we've actually SEEN them at something in the community. For example, after the past 2 decades plus under Tonko, you could spot him in just about any crowd, just because A) he's always there, and B) you know his face. If you don't have 1 or the other, how can you prove or disprove that someone is doing what they say they are?
Well, the Homeland Security building isn't a P.O. Box, but yes, there is a Homeland Security building up that way. Don't know if they're one in the same.
